Claude Ramoni is a founding partner of the Swiss boutique law firm Libra Law, which has been established since 2009. He is a Swiss-qualified attorney-at-law with more than 20 years’ experience, specialising in advising and representing clients in the fields of sports and business law.
Claude Ramoni advises and represents clients from the world of sport, such as national and international sports federations, clubs and athletes in various areas, including in doping matters. He regularly acts as counsel before the Court of Arbitration for Sport, judicial bodies of sports federations or Swiss state courts, including the Swiss Federal Tribunal. He further advises medium and large companies in their business activities; he regularly handles merger and acquisition operations and supports clients, notably biotech and companies active in healthcare.
He is also a member of the UEFA Appeals Body, as well as an invited lecturer on several master’s degree courses, including the CIES/FIFA master’s (Switzerland), the AISTS master’s (Switzerland) and the master’s in sports law (LLM) at Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid (Spain).
