Damian Taylor is a partner in the disputes and investigations group of Slaughter and May.
He is the co-author of a student textbook on contract law and maintains a keen interest in this subject in addition to competition law, restitution and the conflict of laws, which formed the basis of his BCL master’s degree in European and comparative law at the University of Oxford.
His practice covers a wide range of civil and public law disputes, including competition law, insurance, fraud, judicial review, sports law and general commercial disputes. Damian sits on Slaughter and May’s Africa practice group and energy law group, which develops and directs the firm’s strategy and business development initiatives across Africa and the energy sector, respectively.
