Fernando Colomina is a partner in the Madrid office of Latham & Watkins, the local finance department chair and a member of the finance practice and the restructuring and special situations practice. He advises financial institutions and corporate borrowers and issuers on a range of banking, finance, refinancing and restructuring transactions, including cross-border acquisition finance, general bank lending and high-yield debt offerings. He has lectured on banking and restructuring law at Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE). He was named Banking & Finance Lawyer of the Year at Iberian Lawyer’s 2019 ‘40 Under Forty’ awards.
