Thomas A Frick, Niederer Kraft Frey

Dr Thomas A Frick holds degrees in Swiss and European law and general history and is admitted to the Swiss Bar. For over 20 years he has advised banks, securities traders, other financial intermediaries and start-ups on various legal and regulatory issues. He advises numerous fintech and other finance projects (ICOs, crypto brokers, crowd lending, asset management, payment systems and others) and is actively involved both as a board member in banks and as a business angel in start-up companies. He frequently gives presentations on Swiss fintech regulations, is a regular publisher on the subject and a lecturer on banking and finance law in Zurich University’s LLM programme.
